2: That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such -
objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Cha_mber in the City Hall in the City

which time and place is hereby figed for hearinb all matters relating to said proposed improveinent, and all

to said date, all data and information required by law to be submitted.
4: That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property
liable therefor, as provided by law.
