AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TIiE IMPROVE117ENT OF

all in aceordance with Resolution No.__..'�.�'��... of the City Council oP the City of Rentou, creating a local
improvement district therefor, and grovidiug that payment for said improvement be ittade by speciai
assessments upon property in said di�trict payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds."
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AENTON DOES ORDAIN AS b'OLLOWS:

and that such other work be done as inay be necessary in connection therewith, according to the plans and
specifications therefor prepai•ed under the direction of the City �ngineer and on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
Section 2: That the cost and expense of said improveinent, including all necessary and incidental
expenses, shall be borne Uy and assessed against the property included in the assessment district herein-
after created in accordance with law. The City of Ftenton shall not be liable in auy manner for any por-
tion of the cost aud expense of said improvement, except as herein provided.

Section 3: That there is hereby estaLlished a local improvement district to be called "Local Im-
provement District No.._..�5��...," which said district is described as follows:
'All the property bet.ween the termini of said improvement aUntting upon, adjacent, vacinal or
prosimate to such portion of said streets and avenues to a distance back from the marginal lines thereof, as
l�rovided by law."
