, The Czty Council o� the Cit� o� Renton c10 ordain as follows:
SECTTON I: This Ordin�nce sha.3.l be known and designated �s
the �oning�Urdinance of the City of �enton, t��shington.
SECTTON iz; In oonformity with section 1, chapter 2 of Ordinznc�
No. 1083, passed and approved October 17, 1g39, the industrial dis-
trict as provided in said ordinance shall embrace that portion of
the City of Renton, described as fol2ows:
"Beginning at the northff�st corner o� aarden Street and 4th
�lvenue NortK; thence east along narth sic�e of 4th Avenue Nortn 'to
the city lir,3its; thenee due north to the city 1.imits on Sth Avenue
North; thence ,west a1on� 8th Avenue Idarth along the line of � the
city li.rnits to Vortnern P�,cif�ic R�.ilroad; thence northerly along
line of city l�.mit� to shores of Lake ,FJ�.shington; thence west �,long
shores o#' L��e i�r-snington to Commercial rN?�terway Tdo. 2; thence south-
erl;� alon� said Waterw�y No. 2 to 6th Avenue North; thencse east along .
north line of 6th Avenue North to Q�arden Stree�; t�ience south along
east line of Garden Street 'to point of beginning, at N. E. eorner of
Garden Street and 4th Avenue North. i� �
The area hereir�above described as outlinecl. on a city map o�' the
City of Renton, �.doptsd herewith, as shown on zoning map as the I-one
Industr5.a1 distric'G, sha11 be the industrial district provided for
in said Ordinance Tdo. 1083, and sub�est to a,I.l the regulations o�
said Or�inanee No. 1083 pertaining to the industri�. district.
SECTION SII: That all o� the 2rea of the City of Renton not
embraced in the industrizl district he�°ein d.escribed, �.nd not embr�ce�1
in the fire d.istrict or eommercial use district, as descr3.bed in said
Ordinance No. 1083, sha.11 be, and the same is hereby decl.a.red a
residence district; and said residence c��strict shall be sub�ect to
all of the regulations of �rd3.nance t�to. 1083 pertaining to the
re5ldence district.
�ECTZON IV: A signed and dated. map of the City of Renton,
outlining these ��use" df.stricts, residence, commercial and 3.ndustrial,
sha1Z be the official zoning rnap No. 1 oY the City of I�enton,Washing-
ton, said map eeing aaopted and approved in connection with the
passage of this Ordinance, and shall be a�proved by the .�zyor and
attested by the C�.ty Clerk, and sh�ll therea�ter be known as '�Zoning
�ap No. 1 of the City of Renton, Washin�ton. �
