The �ity Council of the City of Renton, Washington, do
ordain as follows:
�1HEREA3 on to-wit �he 21st day of April, 1942, there �ras
�iled with the City Coizncil � petition for the vacation oP
certain stree'ts, avenues and r�,7.le�s� in C. �I. �,dsit' s La,ke
S�ashingtvn Plat, signed by mo�e than a ma,�ority oP the property
owners in said pla'�, and �
V�?EREAS on the 5th day of �ay, 1942, the Council p�.ssed
a resolution fixin� 2nd day of June, 1942 as the time and glace
for hearing of protests against such petition, and
WH�REEAS no protests have been ff.led ��;ainst the va.cation
