and that such other ��Tork be done as �nay be necessary in connection therewith, according to the plans and
specifications therefor prepared unc�er the direction of the City Enbineer and on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
Section 2: T1iat the cost ancl expense of s�,id improvement, .including ail necessary an� incidental e�-
penses, shall be borne b,y and assessed against the pro perty included in the assessment district hereinafter
created in accordance ��vith la�r. The City of Renton shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the
cost and expense of said improvement, except as here in provided.

Section 3: That there is hereb3� establishecl a local improvement district to be ,called "Local Improve-
ment District No. ���______.," ��hich said district is described ;as follows:
"All the property between the termini of said improvement abutting upon, adjacent, vicinal or prosi-
ina,te to such portion of saicl streets a.nd avenues to a distance back from the ma.rginal lines thereof, as pro-
vided by law."
Section 4: Bonds bearing interest at the rate of S.�X.___.___ per cent. per ,annum payable on or before
_._Seven_.._._ years from the clate of issuance shall be issued in payment of the cost and expense of this
improvement, which bonds shall be redeemed by the colleetion of special assessments to be levied and assesse�l
upon the property within saicl district, pa,yable in ___fl�e_.__.___.. equal annual insta,llments with interest :at the
rate of ___.S1X_.__.._..__ per cent. per annum under the inode of "Payment by Bonds," as defined by law and the
charter and ordinances of the City of Renton. These bonds shall be delivered to the contractor in redemption
of warrants on the Local Improvement District Fund issued on estimates oF the City Engineer, or the City
of Renton may, at its election, sell said bonds and make such redemption in cash.
Section 5: 'rhis ordinance sliall be in full force ana effect five (5) d�,ys from and after its passage,
ai�proval and legal publication.
