AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE IDZPROVED4ENT OF
Block 6, Smithers Fifth Addition to the Town of Renton iqc ,
���at by the extension of sanitary sewer system by laying
an eight1inch vitrified clay pipe 200� feet south from the
center �ine of al�ey in B1ock ,Six (6) and 200 feet of six-inch
vitrified clay pipe from that point south al,ong said center line
of said alley, and doing such other work as may be necessary
in connection thereznrith, all in accordance with plans prepared

improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be niade by special
assessments upon property in said distric� payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds."
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT� OF RENTON DO�S ORAAIN AS k'OLLOWS:

Renton, be improved by the extension of sanitary sewer system
by laying an eight-inch vitrified clay pipe 200 feet south from
the center line of alley in Block Six, and 200 �'eet of six-inch �

line of said alley

and that such other work be done as inay be necessary in counection therewitli, according to the plans and
specifications therefor prepared under the direction of the City Engineer and on file in the office of the City
Clerk. '
Section 2: That the c.ost and expense of said improveinent, includiug all uecessary and incidental
eaZ�enses, shall be borne by and assessed a.gainst tlie property included in the assessment district herein-
after created iu accordance with law. The City of Renton shall not be liable in any manner for wny por-
tion of the cost and expense of said improvement, except as herein provided.

Section 3: That there is hereby established a local imprOvement district to be cailed "Local In�-
� proveulent District No.____2iQ7____," zvhich said district is descriUed as follo�i-s:
`All the property bet���een the termi}ii of said iinprovement abutting upon, adjacent, vacinal or
prosimate to such portion of said streets and avenues to a distance back from the marginal lines thereof, as
provided by law."
Section 4: Bonds Uearing interest at the ra,te of__S1X.___ per cent. per annum payable on or before
_B.23t.B11._._.._.___years from the date of issuance shall be issued in payment of the c,ost and expense of this .
improvement, which bonds shall be redeemed by the collection of special assessments to be levied aud •
