This letter is reference to the construction of the rivate

residence of the undersigned on Lot 88 and the So . 1/2 of Lot
87 Block A C.D. Hillman' s Lake T�ash. Garden of Eden Addition
to Seattle No. 1 acc . to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 11
of plats, page 63, records of King County, Washington.
The undersigned recognizes that the sewer line now existing runs
very close to the east property line of the above property .
We agree to hold harmless the City of Renton concerning any
damage to said sewer line caused by the undersigned or any
of the contractors during construction of the private residence .
The undersigned further agrees to repair immediately any damage
that may occur.
