Dear Mr. Gonnason:
It is understood and agreed to that O/�4 Properties, Inc. will
complete the water main extension on S. W. Grady Way per
drawing FP-1 of 8 westward to Oaksdale Avenue when determined
necessary by the City of Renton, Utilities Department. The
need for the extension will be for future buildings constructed
in the O/W Properties parking lot or for water or loop system
needs further to the west.
