Minutes from December 16. 2008, meetinq It was moved, seconded, and Anthony Costanti carried to approve the December minutes. Rolf Dragseth Charlie Gray 2, Fundinq Process The funding process was discussed and Committee Robin Jones Adria Krail members shared what they thought worked well and suggested changes to Rob Spier be made for the next funding round. Members then shared what they Elizabeth Stevens thought should be the funding priorities for the next cycle, based on the current economic situation, and suggested some criteria that might be used. Absent: 3. Chanqes to Housinq Repair Policies and Mobile Homes. Tim Lawless, Alicia Glenwell the Housing Repair Coordinator, presented proposed program policy Cheryl Haskins changes that limit the housing repair program services to manufactured Samantha Williams (mobile) homes to those built in the US after June of 1976. Tim explained Staff Contacts: that a number of mobile homes built prior to 1976 are in serious disrepair Karen Bergsvik and the cost of the repairs could exceed the value of the mobile home. Committee Protocols: In response to a question from the chair, the group agreed that the committee size is working and there is no need to change the size of the group. The floor was opened for nominations for the vice Dianne Utecht chair position. A nomination for Elizabeth Stevens was made and 425-430-6655 seconded. She was unanimously elected.
