to as the CITY) and Renton Area Multi-Service Center (hareinafter referred
to as RAMSC} , hereby amend� the Agreement of November 2R, 1982 b.et�reen said
parties as fallows:
� In addition to those funds specified under Secti.on 3
� Consideration of City, the City agrees ta make avail-

� able to RAMSC up to $11,20Q of block grant funds far

� restoration of tha original front archway. These -
� funds are contingent upon review and approval of plans
and specificatians by �he King County Landmarks Com-
missian and are subject to all conditions of original
Agreement between said parties.
