CALL TO ORDER:
The November 2 Special Meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m.by T.Nelson.
UNFINIS�IED BUSINESS:
Communications regarding Active member 02783 who began disability on May 23, 2007 were
reviewed with the Board. The Board discussed the communications. D. Law moved to approve
the requested massage therapy, and the motion was seconded by R. Anderson. The motion
carried. D.Law moved to approve the return to work date of November 16, 2007 and the motion
was seconded by J.Phelan. The motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, a motion was made by D. Law and seconded by R. Anderson to
adjourn the meeting. The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 a.m.
