CALL TO ORDER:
The April meeting was called to order at 8:25 a.m.by T.Nelson.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion made by D. Law, Seconded by R. Anderson and Carried to approve the minutes for the
month of February 2007 Regular Meeting and March Special Meeting.
CORRESPONDENCE:
None
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
The disability leave for active Member 04460 was discussed. J. Phelan moved to accept the
application for the duty related injury beginning April 9. The motion was seconded by D. Law;
the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
B. Deines forwarded an email to the Disability Board regarding his time away and his potential
application for disability.
APPROVAL OF BILLS:
The Board Members reviewed the claims processed under the Secretary's authority during
February,2007.

COMMENTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS:
J.Phelan and B.Deines will attend the LEOFF Conference in Chelan May 8 through May 11.
The next regular meeting of the LEOFF Board is May 22 at 8:00 a.m. in the HR Conference
Room.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business,the meeting was adjourned at 8:32 a.m.
