a municipal corporation,
the part y of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant,
bargain, sell and deliver unto the said part of the second part, the following described personal property now
located at intersection of Monterey Drive and third Ave. N.
in the City of Renton , County of King and State of Washington, to-wit:
That .certain entrance pylon approximately fourteen (14) feet in
diameter, together with miscellaneous improvements including lights ,
_ shrubbery, plantings , all located at the west side of Monterey Drive

improvements ; PROVIDED HOWEVER that Grantor shall continue, unless
otherwise agreed on by and between the parties in writing, to maintain
and keep up the aforesaid improvements with.out cost or expense to Grantee.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said part y of the second part, its heirs, executors,
administra.tors and assigns forever. And said partY of the first part, for its , heirs,
executors, administrators, covenant and agree to and with the sa.id part y of the second part, its
executors, administrators and assigns, that said party of the first party , owner of the said
property, goods and chattels and has good right and full authority to sell the same, and that it
will warrant and defend the sale hereby made unto the said paxt y of the second part,
eaecutors, administrators and assigns, against all and every person or persons, whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to
