Development of the Property shall be accomplished in accordance with the following conditions: _... A. Minor modifications to the site plan that are not � major adjustments may be permitted subject to the approval of the Development Services Division. B. The Owners shall execute a covenants agreeing to establish the project as a residential condominium complex. D.
