WHEREAS, a Sanita Sewer Extension A reement was heretofore executed b and between the I

City of Renton, a Washington municipal corporation, and Bradley E. Nicholson, and �
WHEREAS, said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement bears Auditor's File Number 9302240480,
and
WHEREAS, said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement is of record on specifically defined
properties; and
WHEREAS, said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement has been fully satisfied and it is necessary
that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing Auditor's File Number 9302240480 be
released from said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement due to the satisfaction of said
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement bearing '
Auditor's File Number 9302240480 has been fully satisfied and all described properties within the
agreement should be and shall be and are hereby fully released from any further responsibilities
or claims under said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement.
