running with the land herein above described, and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City
of Renton for any future damages resulting from dual side sewer connection with the herein described
parcels. Attorney's fees are the responsib.ility of the owners if enforcement of these restrictive covenants
are necessary.
