centerline of the Longacres Cut-off road together with the following :
Description: A 6" cast iron water line and appurtenances from a point 253.65 feet,
more or less , NE' rly of center of said section and 14' , more or less , NW' rly and parallel
to centerline of above said State Highway and 131 '+, NW' r1y and lying a1ong Longacres
cut-off road to a point 71 '+ NE' rly of previous mentioned point (see over)
