CALL TO ORDER:
The July meeting was called to order at 8:05 a.m. by K. Parker.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A motion was made by G. Taylor, seconded by K. Hanson and carried to approve the minutes of
the June 23, 2009, Regular Meeting. The motion carried.
On behalf of the LEOFF Disability Board, K. Parker presented a plaque to Bob Deines for his
years of dedicated service as a member of the board. He extended his appreciation and good
wishes to B. Deines in his retirement.
CORRESPONDENCE:
Request from retiree 4697 for expenses incurred at the Bothell Best Adult Family Home. A
motion was made by G. Taylor and seconded by K. Hanson to approve payment pending receipt
of the letter of inedical necessity from the retiree's physician. The motion carried.

Board Members reviewed the claims processed under the Secretary's authority during May,
2009.

The meeting schedule for 2009: January 27, February 24, March 24, April 28, May 26,1une 23,
July 28, August 25, September 22, October 27, November 24, December 15.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, G. Taylor moved and K. Hanson seconded to adjourn the
meeting at 8:20.
