EaITNESSETH:
That WHEREAS the City has annexed certain areas ,
1t1clucii::� area� wherein the District had heretofore in-
stalled water distribution mains ; and
YJHEtZt,AS , it has beer. agreed between the City and
t.�� .�istrict tnat certain of said mains should be transferred
�ro�: tr�e llistrict to th� City, in consideration of which
the City shail move ttie master meter of the District and
install a supplemental supply line, ,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby covenanted and
agreed Dy and between these parties as follows :
1. That the City does hereby acknowledge receipt
or a Bill of Sale and transfer from the District to the City
ot the following water distribution main :

2. That at its expense the City shall , in
�oo}�eration with the District, move the present rnaster meter
of tn� District �to the edge of the property of the District

shall �e done in cooperation with the District in such
manner as to allow tne District to maintain adequate
supplies of water for serving of customers within its

3. That at such time �s a presently contemplated
�-inch rr�ain shall be extended ta crea� a loop in said
existing main as tran�ferred to the City by the District
at a pr�posed street approximately 300 feet from the booster
�ump station of the Histrict, the C�ty shall at its sole
expense install a supplemental 6-inch parallel line to
said master meter.
