Agreement:
1. Sylvia Matthews will have installed a 20'(twerity foot)wide asphalt roadway 4" thick on 6° of
cn3shed gravel required by terms of Renton Short Plat# SHP—9 6—05 3 . �e aephalt
paving will include the tutnaround shovm on the ahort plat drawing. The length of the 20 foot width
' will extend from the paved ed$e of Meadow Avenue to a poirn approximately 312 feet west of the
� centerline of Nleadow Avenue. Pavment installation frorn that point westWard to the edge of Ken
Johnston's property line will be at the discretion of Ken Johnston

2. Each participating property will besr 114(one fourth)of the cost of maintaining the easemerd.
Maintenance is expected(but not limitec�to include periodic(estimated 5-7 years}recoating of the
asphalt surface to preserve the�ad from deterioration.
