undersigned may be required to participate in or connect to a sanitary sewer,even if such sewer is installed by a
developer for the purpose of ineeting platting requirements and the undersigned is not an owner within the confines of
said plat."
4. This Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement shall replace the prior sanitary sewer extension agreement recorded.

TERMINATION OF SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement was heretofore executed by and between the
City of Renton, a Washington municipal corporation, and Helmut Brodka and Eileen Glockner, and
WHEREAS, said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement was recorded on the 28th day of August,
1998, bearing Audito►'s File Number 9808280274, and
WHEREAS, said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement is of record on specifically defined
properties; and
WHEREAS, said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement has been fully satisfied and it is necessary
that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing Auditor's File Number 9808280274 be
released from said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement due to the satisfaction of said
agreement; �
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement bearing
Auditor's File Number 9808280274 has been fully satisfied and all described properties within the
agreement should be and shall be and are hereby fully released from any further responsibilities
