BILL OF SALE

'� '' WHEREAS the undersigned, GERALD E. MC DOWELL and MARTHA S. MC DOWELL, his wife, are
the owners of the hereinbelow described water pipe line, and
WHEREAS it is advisable for the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation, to acquire
said water pipe line together with all permits, rights, franchises and incidents
thereto, and _
, WHEREAS the parties have heretofore agreed and to hereby agree to said sale, NOW
THEREFORE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Gm E. McDOWELL and MARTHA S. McDOWELL,
his wife, residing at 9831 - 138th Avenue S. E. , Renton, Washington, for and in
consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Doliar ($500.00) 'n hand paid by the CITY
OF RENTON, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowie y the undersigned, hereby
arant, bazgai�,convey, sell and deliver unto the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation,
che following properties, to-wit:
That certain 2" water pipe line located along the west side of
Newcastle Road No. 1019 from a point approximately 2500 feet North
of State Highway No. 2, approximately 900 feet in length (said
water main being Iocated along the right of way also known as
138th Avenue S. E. , Renton, all located in the 1dE� of NW� of
Secti.on 3, Twp. 23 North, Range 5 E. ,W.M.), together with all
rights, permits, franchises and other incidents thereto, including
but not limited to all pipes, accessories, connections and
, appurtenances thereta.
And the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation, its successors or assigns, to hold
the same forever. The undersigned, their heirs, executors and administrators further
covenant and agree with the City of Renton that the undersigned have good and full
right and title to the aforementioned property and full authority to sell the same,
and that they wi].I warrant and defend the sale hereby made unto the City of Renton
again�t all and every person or persons, whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the
- same.
