known as Benson Road) and all appurtenances and ac essories in connection therewith. '
Together with all pipes and lines and appurtena.nce and accessories thereto, I
constituting that certain ten (10) inch cast iron , ater main extending southerly
from said Booster Pump Station along S.S.H. �k5-C a distance of approximately 880'
� as well as pipes and lines constituting that certa n eight (8) inch cast iron
water main extending easterly from said 10 inch ma n a di�tance �f 660' m�re or
less to the school district's water meter located w'thin said schal premises
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said par� of the second Y�rt, its heirs, executors, II
administrators and assigns forever. And said party of the first part, for its heirs,
executors, administrators, covenants and agrees to and with the said part y of the second part, its
executors, administrators and assigns, that said part y of the first part is the . owner of the said
property, goods and chattels and ha s good right and full authority to sell the same, and that it
will warrant and defend the sale hereby made unto the said part y of,the second part, its
executors, administrators and assigns, against all and every person or persons, whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to
claim the same, '
