Jim Phelan The meeting was called to order at 8:01 by Jim Phelan.
Member at Large APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Greg Taylor K. Parker moved and G. Taylor seconded approval of the minutes of February 23,
Council Member 2010.
NEW BUSINESS
A request was received from Retiree 8695 for Home Health Care provided by
Catholic Community Services. Notification was received from his physician
requesting assistance for activities of daily living such as showering, transfers in
and out of bed, and assistance with morning and noon meals. A motion to
approve was made by K. Parker and seconded by G. Taylor. The motion carried.
CORRESPONDENCE
City Staff
Terri shuhart A request was received from Retiree 6581 for reimbursement of his hearing aid
Secretary repair in the amount of$500.00. A motion was made by K. Parker and seconded
425-430-7659 Voice by G. Taylor to reimburse the retiree for the cost of the hearing aid repair. The
425-430-7665 Fax motion carried.

The Board Secretary reported that four months have passed since receiving the
request for disability leave from LEOFF 1 Active Member 01954 and it is time to
� � make arrangements for an independent Medical Evaluation. Thi< item was for information
only— no Board action is r�red. �

APPROVAL OF BILLS
Board Members reviewed the claims processed under the Secretary's authority during March,
2010.
COMMENTS &ANNOUNCEMENTS
The meeting schedule for 2010: January 26, February 23, March 23, Apri) 27, May 25, June 22,
July 27, August 24, September 28, October 26, November 23, December 14.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business of the Board, R. Anderson moved and K. Parker seconded the
adjournment of the meeting at 8:10.
