This MOU allowed for the"internal"posting of this Communication Specialist II to be available for both current employees and for Fire District 40 employees to apply. Additionally,the posting time was reduced from a ten(10 day)posting requirement to five(5)days. Internal applicants(including those within Fire District 40)who met the requirements of the position were invited for an oral board interview weighted at 100%of the final score. Results were graded on a curve, with the highest score having a value of 100%. A minimum score of 70%was required to pass.
