We hand you herewith one general fund warrant in the
sum of One thousand and ten ( $1,010.00 ) Dollars, due on demand,
each
two general fund warrants/in the sum of Five hundred ( $500.00 j
Dollars due in one year from date of issuance and two general fund-
warrants
und
warrants in the sum of Five hundred ( $500.00 ) Dollars each, due
in two years from date of issuance, all of said warrants bearing
interest at the rate of six ( 6 ) per cent per annum from date of
presentation and non payment for want of funds, all being executed
by the City of Renton, +Yashington, and payable to Puget Sound
Sand and Gravel Company, which you will hold in escrow a= the
folloaring terms and conditions.
Upon the receipt of written notice, signed by the mayor
of said City of Renton, to the effect that said City of Renton has
accepted the title to Acre Tracts Thirty one and thirty two in
Plat No, 11 Renton Co-operative Coal Coppany's Acre 'Tracts in King
County, Washington, you are to deliver said above described warrants
to said Faget Sound Sand and Gravel Company.
Upon receipt of written notice to the effect that said
City of Renton has refused to accept the title to said above
described property, you are to deliver all of said warrants to the
City Treasurer of said City of Rentnn, marking the same before
delivery " Cancelled ".
In case neither of said above notices is served upon you
within 4@q�r months from date hereof, you are to cancel said warrants
and deliver the same to the City Treasurer of the City of Renton.
