This agreement made this ^10th day of September, 1915, between
the City of Seattle, a municipal corporation, party of the first part,
and the City of Renton, a municipal corporation, the party of the
second part, Witnesseth:
That whereas the City Council of the City of Renton requested the
use of a part of the Seattle Pipe Line Right of flay to use for market
purposes, and the party of the first part has consented thereto upon
certain conditions:
It is hereby and herein stipulated and agreed by the parties here-
to: That the portion of the Seattle Pipe Line Right of Flay lying be-
tween Walla 1'alla Avenue and 111ill Street (said tract being 66 feet
wide and about 180 feet long) in block 9 of original toren (now city)
of Renton, Washington, may be used as a public market: Provided, that
the city of Renton shall vacate such aforesaid premises at any time
upon 30 days' notice given by the party of the first part.
II. It is also agreed between the parties hereto that after the ex-
piration of the time specified (30 days) the party of the first part
may enter into the premises described in this agreement and take pos-
session thereof, and thereafter this agreement shall be null and void.
III. It is further stipulated between the parties to this agreement:
That the party of the first part or its officers or agents or employees
may at any time —without any notice whatever -- enter said premises and
repairs or do an work deemed necessary upon its Pipe Line
