1 by and between PUGET SOUND POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, a corporation, party of
the first part, and JOHN HEINO, party of the second part,
4ITNESSETH:
The party of the first part hereby grants the party of the second
part permission to construct, use and maintain a one and one-half (11)
s
inch domestic water supply pipe across the west 150 feet of Lot Two (2),
Section Nineteen (19), Township Twenty-three (23) North, Range Five (5)
East I. M., and the east 250 feet of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the
Northeast 'Quarter (NE4) of Section Nineteen.(19), Township Twenty-three
(23) North, Range Five (5) East d. M., at a location approximately 590
feet south of the north line of said two described tracts, as shown upon
the attached print, which is hereby made a part of this agreement.
By the acceptance of this permit, the party of the second part
agrees that the said pipe shall be laid not less than eighteen (18)
inches below the ground surface, and kept in good repair so as to avoid
leakage and damage to the lands adjoining.
The party of the second part hereby agrees to indemnify the
party of the first part against all claims for damages suffered by any
and all parties by reason of the construction, use and maintenance of
said pipe line.
This permit is revokable by the party of the first part upon
sixty (60) days notice in writing to the party of the second part.
IN W ITNESS VWHEHEOF, the parties hereto have executed this
ins-Ur-umeAt in duplicate the day and ,year first above written.
