KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that for valuable consideration,
JACK A. BENAROYA COMPANY, a Washington corporation, the Grantor, does
hereby grant, bargain, convey and sell to the CITY OF RENTON, King County,
Washington, a municipal corporation, the Grantee, the improvements
described on Exhibit A situated in King County, Washington, being installed
underground waterlines located within the easement rights-of-way described
in those certain Easements dated December 14, 1978 and September 13, 1979,
together with any other appurtenances thereto.
To have and to hold the same to the said Grantee, its successors
and assigns forever.
Grantor covenants it is the lawful owner of said improvements, that
the same are free from all encumbrances; that all bills for labor and
material have been paid; that it has the right to sell the same as
aforesaid; that it will warrant and defend the same against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons and will pay any costs, including
reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Grantee, arising out of any such
claim or demand.
This Bill of Sale is given in consideration of the agreement of the
Grantee, for itself, it successors and assigns to incorporate said
utilities in its utility system and to maintain them as provided in the
applicable City Ordinances.

This Bill of Sale is given and accepted pursuant to a motion duly
made, seconded and passed by the City Council of the City of Renton,
King County, Washington, on the 14th day of December , 1979.

OF RENTON, the municipal corporation that executed the foregoing Bill of
Sale and acknowledged said Bill of Sale to be the free and voluntary act
and deed of said municipal corporation for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned, and on oath stated that they were authorized to execute said
Bill of Sale.
