administrators and assigns forever. And said party of the first part, for its heirs,
executors, administrators, covenant s and agree s to and with the said party of the second part, i t s
executors, administrators and assigns, that said party of the first part is the . owner of the said
property, goods and chattels and ha s good right and full authority to sell the same, and that it
