lawful money of the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the City of Renton
the part Y of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant,
bargain, sell and deliver unto the said party of the second part, the following described personal property now
located at 3000 N.E. 4th St. (on N.E. 7th St. between Monroe N.E. & Kirkland N.E.)
in the City of Renton , County of King and State of Washington, to -wit:
Approximately 50 l.f. of 8" ductile iron watermain, including the new
fire hydrant and all appurtenances pertaining to said watermain and hydrant,
expressly warranting said watermain and hydrant, against any expenses, costs,
or liens hereto incurred thereon by, through or under Sellers herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said part Y of the second part, its heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns forever. And said part y of the first part, for their heirs,
executors, ,administrators, covenant and agree to and with the said part Y of the second part, its
executors, administrators and assigns, that said part y of the first part . owner s of the said
property, goods and chattels and ha good right and full authority to sell the same, and that it
will warrant and defend the sale hereby made unto the said part of the second part,
executors, administrators and assigns, against all and every person or persons, whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to
claim the same,
