owner oP the ptoperty hereinafter described does by these presents
demi�e, lease and let unto the LIONS CLUB OF RENTON, INC. , a
corporation, the lessee, the _follo�ing described premises, to-wit;
the enelosed, lighted ball park situated in
� Liberty Park, Renton, Washin�ton, together with
� all grandstand, bleacher and rest room facili.ties,
ticket offices , lights and the road lpi�g east of
� the enclosed area and �est of Iiouser Way.

�' 3n consideration of the premises it is agreed bp and
�\��etween the parties hereto as follovv�:

l. That this lease shall be for the purpose of putting
on a rodea and earni�el within the leased premises on July 28,
29 and 30th, 1944. The lessee shall have access to said property
on and after duly 23, 1944 Por the purpose oP placing the ground
in proper order for such performanees. � I
2. That as rental for said premises the Lessee agrees
to pay to the Lessor Pive per cant {5%) of the total admissions
reeeived Yrom said rodeo perYormances, or the sum of' �40�, whieh-
ever is smaller. The sum of �100 has this day been paid on account
oY said rental, and the balanee due shall be paid on the 31st day
oY J'uly, 1944. �
