to said Sanitary Sewer System expressly warranting said Sanitary Sewer System
against any expenses, costs or liens hereto included thereon by, through or
under seller herein in the Sunset Ridge Condominiums.
T'O HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said party of the second r�:t, i ts heirs, executors, '
administrators and assigns forever. And said party of the first part, for i ts heirs,
executors, administrators, covenants and agrees to and with the said party of the second part, i ts
