As developer-owners of the subject property, we the undersigned wish to
, enter into a Developers Agreement for the future reimbursement of in-
' stallation costs on the 12 inch water main installed in a 15 foot utility
easemznt along the North Property Line of the subject property. We
desire the agreement to extend for a period of ten (10) years irom the
date the water lines are placed into service.
The above water main is indicated as a dashed line on the ei�closed plan
and noted as 12 inch water main , Exhibit A. Specific costs and accurate
as-built drawir:gs for this installation will be documented to your Public
Works Department after construction has been completed, and a Fsill of ,
Sale for this material wi11 be transmitted to your City Clerk. ',
