This grant is made upon the following terms;
�. The street or road shall be constructed. and. maintained i.:z a good and worknanlike manner and made
and kept as safe #'or publi.c travel as pos�ible. The ex�ertse of canst"ruct3on and maintena.nce thereaf shall
be borne by the gr�,ntee; and t�e Rai3.Nay Gompany shal� not be liable for ox assessed for any of the ex--
pense of construction or maintenance. •

permit, and the grantee hereby a�rees in that event_to peaceably and �r�mptl� surrender possession of
the prem3ses unto the Railway Company on�the expiration date fixed in the notice, and if requested by
tYie Rai.lwa�� Company wi11 restore the premises to their original state.
3. The grRntee shall not grant to any person or company permission to construct or maintain a pole
Iine on any portion of the above described right of way and the Railway Company reserves to itself the
right to grant such permits provided the pole lines are so located as not to interfere with the u5e of
the street or road for public travel.
