Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the Northeast one-quarter
of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 29, Township 23 North,
Range 5 East, W.M. : Thence N. 88° 12' 38" East along the South
Line of said Northeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter
337. 77 feet; Thence North 1° 42 '40" East 446. 75 feet to the
true point of beginninc�; Thence due East 400 feet, more or less,
to the termination of said Utility Easement. �
And the party of the second part to have for the purposes of construction, repair, service, and maintenance of
sewage pipe lines and any other public utilities and services. and other muniCipal purposes.

' RESOLUTION N0. 478
WHEREAS Renton School District No. 403 has heretofore constructed
a certain Junior High School, known as the Fred Nelsen Junior High School,
and in connection therewith has caused to be installed a water line to I
serve said school, and I
WHEREAS the City of Renton has agreed to purchase said water line
from the Renton School District,
� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES�LVED That the Renton School District grant
a perpetual easement to the City of Renton as follows;
A 10' utility easement 5 feet in width on each of the
following described center-line:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the norCheast one-
quarter of the northwest one-quarter of Section 29, Township
23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.; thence North 88°12'38" East
along the south line of said sub-division 337.77 feet; thence
North 1°42'40" East 446.75 feet; thence due east 400 feet,
more or less, to the termination of the easement recorded in
Volume 4390 of Deeds, Page 459, Records of King County Washing-
ton, and the true point of beginning; thence southerly, para11e1
with the westerly line of said sub-division, to the north margin
of southeast 164th Street;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the President and the Secretary of the
Board of Directors are hereby authorized to sign the necessary documents. �
