RESOLUTION N0. 480
BHEREAS 8enton School District No. 403 has heretofore constructed �
a certain Junior High School, known as the Fred Nelsen Junior High School, �
and in connection t`herewith has caused to be installed a water line and
booster pump, and
WI�REAS the City of Renton has agreed to purchase said water line and
booster pump from the School District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the President and the Secretary
� of the Board of Directors are hereby authorized to sign a bill of sale for
said water line and booster pump as follows;
That certain Booster Pump Station located within the
premises of the Fred Idelsen Junior High School in the vicinity
of S. E. 160th Street and S. S. H. �5-C (also known as Benson
Road) and all appurtenances and accessories in connection
therewith.
Together with all pipes and lines and appurtenances and
accessories thereto, constituting that certain ten (10) inch
cast iron water main extending southerly from said Booster
Pump Station along S.S.H. �5-C a distance of approximately
880' as well as pipes and lines constituting that certain
eight (8) inch cast iron water main extending easterly from
said 10 inch main a distance of 66Q' more or less to the
I school district's water meter located within said school
premises.
CERTIFICATE
I, H. R. Johnson, Secretary of the Board of Directors of Renton
School District No. 403, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true
and correct copy of a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors at a
regular meeting on Thursday, September 24, 1964.
