it appearing to the Commissioner of Public Lands that �pplication
'No. 27583 has been filed. in this office by the City of Renton for an easement
for a right of �vay for a storm sewer over the bed of the old Black River channel
through Section lg, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , and Sections 13, i4,
' 23 and 24, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, b�.M. , in King County; and
, lt further appearing that the applicant is a municipai corporation
praposing to construct over said iand covered by said application a storm sewer;
that the land within the right of way so applied for is iimited to an amount
necessary for the purpose required, together with sufficient land on either side
thereof for ingress and egress to maintain and repair the same; and
It further appearing that there is no merchantable timber on the area
covered by s�id application; that the land required for the right of w�y has a
value of $100.00; and the Corrunissioner being fully advised and believing that an
easement for right of way should be granted, it is therefore
ORDEREO and DETERMINED that the full value of the land included in said
�pplication No. 27583 be and the same is hereby fixed at $100.00; that the total
amount, together with the $5.00 statutory fee, has been paid; and the right, power,
privilege and authority to construct, operate and maintain a storm sewer upon and �

control dam granted to the City of Renton by Commissioner's Order
dated September 13, 1961, under .X�pplication No. 26355 and the I
terminal point of this centerline description, having an area of
1.87 acres as shown on maps thereof on file in the office of the
Commissioner of Public Lands at Olympia, �r3ashington.
Subject, however, to an easement for a right of way for a
city street granted to the City of Renton by Commissioner's
Order dated November 4, i959, under �1pplication No. 2435.
5ubject, however, to an easement for a right of way for
a drainage ditch granted to King County Drainage District No. i

PROVIDED, however, that should the City of Renton ever abandon the use
of the right of way for the purposes for which it was granted, the right of way
shall revert to the State of �iashington or its grantee.
