(t appearing to the Commissioner of Pubiic Lands that �pplication
No. 27584 has been filed in this office by the City of Renton for an easement
for a right of way for a storm drain and sanitary sewer over the unplatted shore-
lands of the first class and bed of the Black River channei in front of portions
of Government Lots 4, S, 9 and 10, Section 18, Township 23 North, P.ange 5 East,
bl.M. , in King County; and
It further appearing that the applicant is a municipal corporation
proposing t� construct over said land covered by said appiication a storm drain
and sanitary sewer; thafi the land within the right of way so applied for is
limited to an amount necessary for the purpose required, together with sufficient
land on either side thereof for ingress and egress to maintain and repair the
same; and
It further appearing that there is no merchantable timber on t�e area
covered by said application; that the land required for the right of way has a
value of $100.00; and the Commissioner being fully advised and believing that
an easement for right of way should be granted, it is therefore
ORDERED and DETERMINED that the full value of the land included in said
�,pplication No. 27584 be and the same is hereby fixed at $100.00; that the total
amount, together with the $5.00 statutory fee, has been paid; and the right, power,
privilege and authority to construct> operate and maintain a storm drain and
sanita�y sewer u�on an� �ve� the iand 'nereinafter described may be exersised in '
accordance with the provisions of Chapter 73, Session Laws of tg61 ; the land
included within said right of �aay being more particularly described as fo} 1ows:
Right of way description for sanitary sewer:
The unplatted shorelands of the first ciass and bed of the
Black River channel, owned by the State of 4lashington, in front of
6overnment Lots 4, 8, 9 :and 10, Section 18, Township 23 North,
Range 5 East, W.M. , included within the limits of a strip of land
10 feet in width and having 5 feet of such width on each side of
the following described centerline:

Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Primary �
State Highway No. 5 (Rainier ,�venue) and the centerline of the i
Third �venue in the City of Renton, said intersection having a
"Y" coordinate of 178, 126.72 and an "X" coordinate of 1 ,658, 127.77
referred to the Washington State Coordinate System, North Zone
� (based on the King County l�erial Survey) said point of intersection
� also being a point on a 7° curve to the right, the tangent to said
�� curve at said point bears S 16° 41 ' 30" E and running thence
�:� � 55° li ' 40" E 75.00 feet, more or less, to a point on the
11� northerly line of an easement f�r a right of way for a state road
� a�quired by the State Qepartment of Highways through the filing
of State Road Plat No. 565 on May 14, 1940 and the true point of �

N 55° 11 ' 4-0" E 6,75 fee�, thence N 62� 03' 10" E 262�70 feet,
thence N 21° 07' 10" E 329,�0 feet and thence S 88° 22' 20" E

Government Lot 8 and the terminat point of th.is centerline descrip-
tion, having an area of O. i4 acre as shown on the map thereof on
file in the office of the Commissioner of Pub� ic Lands at Olympia,

Right of way description for storm drain:
The unplatted shorelands of the first -class and bea of the

each 10 feet in width and having 5 feet of such width on each side.

121.50 feet to a point in the Black River channel designated as
"Point A" and the true point of beginning of this centerline
description, running thence N 62° 03' 34" E 217.50 feet, thence
N 21° 05' 34" E 324.40 feet to a point in said 8iack River channei
having a "Y" coordinate of 178,604.58 and an "X" coordinate of
1 ,658�533.57 referred to said IJashington State Coorclinate System, �
continuing thence N 21° 05' 34" E 10 feet, more or less, to a
point on the south line of the City of Seattle pipe line right of
way and the terminal point of this centerline description having
an area of 0. 13 acre, also
Beginning at designated "Point �4" +n the above description
and running thence S 62° 03' 34" W 52 feet, more or less, to a
point on the northerly iine of an easement for a right of way for
a state road acquired by tE�e State Department of Highways through
the filing of State Road Plat No. 565 on May 14, 1940, having an
