Ttao Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Stations and all appurtenances pertaining to said
stations expressly warranting said stations against any expenses, costs or liens
hereto incurred thereon by, through, or under seller herein.
One PRV Station is located approximately 50 feet south of Country Hill Apartment
site and the other PRV Station is located along the west side of Benson Road opposite
the Country Hill apartment access road.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said party of the second part, their heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns forever. And said part y of the first part, for their , heirs,
executors, administrators, covenant and agree to and with the said part y of the second part, their
executors, administrators and assigns, that said party of the first part is the , owner of the said
