approximately 145 l.f. of 12-inch Ductile I'ron Pipe and

5 Fire Hydrant Assemblies, and 5 Gate Valves, and all
20 appurtenances pertaining to said watermain, expressly
warranting said watermain against any expenses, costs or
21 liens hereto incurred thereon by, through or under seller ,
herein.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said parties of the second part,
23 its/their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever. And
24 said party of the first part, for its/their heirs, executors, administrators,
25 covenants and agrees to and with the said parties of the second part,
its/their executors, administrators and assigns, the said party of the
26 first part is the owner of the said property, goods and chattels and
27 have good right and full authority to sell the same,- and that it/they will
28 warrant and defend the sale hereby made unto the said parties of the
secorid part, its/their executors, administrators and assigns, against all
