Corporation, hereinafter called Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of

covenants and ag�s to and with the Grantee, that said Grantor is the owner of
said property igoods and chattels and has good right and full authority to sell
the same1�hat it will warrant and defend the sale hereby made unto said
Grantee, its seccessors and assigns, against all and every person or persons,
who�ver, lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
