and subject to easement for ingress, egress and installation

hereby grant and convey unto the City of Renton, a municipal �
corporation the right to enter upon the areas of easement described I
in the instruments bearing King County Auditor file T�os. 5562119 .�

Court cause. No. 649826 for the purpose of initial excavation or
grading and reasonable maintenance, change, and repa.ir of utilities
upan, over and within the real property subject to said easement
as may be required; and grantors cavenant and agree to hold the
grantee herein harmless as to any claim of trespass by any person
whomsoever as may be lodged against grantee as a result of its
reasonable entry upon the easement area in connection with the
uses and purposes m.entioned herein.
