59 '25" east 180 feett�o the point of true beginning thence
continuing north 0°59 '25" east 75 feet, thence north 88°02 '
38" west 125 feet, thence south 0°59 '25'° west 75 feet, thence
north 88°02 '38" west 125 feet to the true point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH easement for ingress and egress and installation

hereby grant anct convey unto the City of Renton, a municipal
corporation the. right to enter upon the areas of easemen.t described -
in the instruments bearing King County Auditor file Nos. 5562119
and 5650737 and Decree of Appropriation in King County Superior
Court cause No. 649826 for the purpose of initial excavation or

grading and reasonable maintenance, change, and repair of utilities
upon, over and within the real property subject to said easement
as may be required; afld grantors covenant and agree to hold the
grantee herein harmless as to any claim of trespass by any person
whomsoever as may be lodged against grantee as a result of its
reasonable entry upon the easement area in connection with the
uses and purposes mentioned herein.
