The grantor, PACIFTC COAST R. R. Co. , a '��ashington
��. corporation, for and in consideratian �f the relinquishment by
� th� Ca.ty of Renton, a municipal corporation, of an existing

easement for storm sewer in� Section 24, Township 23 Nort3�,

�tange 4 E. , ��T.M. , King County, �ashington, does hereby grant to
the CITY OF P.�NTON, a municipal corporation, grantee, an easement

for the construction, repair, replacment, maintenance and operation
of a 60-inch storm sewer line under and al.ong the following des-
cribed property situated in Renton, King County, �7ashington,
to-wit:
A strip of land in the south half of the southeast
. quarter, Section 13, Township 23 North, Range 4 E. ,
�.M. , extending 10 feet on each side Qf a centerline;
said centerline being parallel to and 15 feet north
of �he south line of said section; said centerline
��U�-�g���`�° beginning at a point 17 feet west of the eas� line of
