87 and 88� records of King County, Washington� -
' And the party of the second part to have for the purposes of Gonstruation,
repair� service, and maintenance of water pipe line and any other public
utilities and services and appurtenances thereto, together with right of
ingress and egress to and from said easement for all� purposes�riecessary and
related th�reto.
This easement is gran ted with �the understanding that the property affected
will be returned to a condition e�qual to its_ original Gondition upon
completion of any construction work therein.
The party of the second part agrees to indemnify and save hazmless the party of
the first part from any liability or damage accruing to the party of the first
� part arising from the act or acts of the party of the second part.
