RENTON, Washington, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby !

The East 30 feet of that part of the E�SEw of Section 20,
Tawnship 23 North, Range 5 Ea,st of the Willamette Meridian,
King County, Washington, lying south of the right of way
' for the �ity of Seattle Cedar River Pipeline Road,
from the burden of the easement imposed upon the above-described property
by that cert�.in access road easement deed. irom Puget Soun� Power & Light
_ Company to the United States of America, recorded on June 10, 1960, in I
Volume /a.047, page 532, Deed Records of King County, lydashington, hereby
releasing, conve�ring and quitclaiming unto said City of Renton all of the
right, title and interest acquired by the United States of America in and I
to the hereinabove-described property by virtue of said easement deed.
In the event that the �ity of Renton abandons this as a street, or
ceases to use it as a city street, title to said easement shall revert
a.nd revest in the United States of America.
