Also, the southerly 30 feet of 83rd Avenue So. lying nor.therly of PSH #1-RE (SR #405) . Also that poxtion of the vacated alley within the southerly 30 feet of block 40 . Grantee shall have the right to construct, repair, replace, service and maintain water lines, sanitary sewer lines, and storm sewer lines and any other public utilities and services over and/or under the above-described easement. In addition, Puget Sound Power & Light Company, a Washington corporation, its successors and assigns, shall have the right to construct, operate, � maintain, repair, replace and enlarge one or more electric trans- � �`�, mission and/or distribution lines over and/or under the easement '+1`�r' � together with all necessary or convenient appurtenances therefore, which may include but are not limited to the following: a) Overhead facilities . Poles and/or towers with crossarms, braces, guys and anchors; electric transmission and distribution lines; communication and signal lines; transformers . b) Underground facilities. Underground conduits, cables, vaults, manholes, switches and transformers; semi-buried or ground mounted facilities such as pads, transformers and switches. 2 . ACCESS. Grantee and Puget Sound Power & Light Company shall have the right at time as may be necessary, to enter upon Grantors ' property for the purpose of constructing, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utilities or making any connection therewith, without incurring any legal obligation or liability therefore; provided, that grantee and Puget Sound Power & Light " Company shall compensate grantors for any damage to grantors ' property caused by the exercise of said right of access . 3 . CUTTING OF TREES . Grantee and Puget Sound Power & Light Company have the right to cut or trim any and all brush or trees standing or growing upon the easement, and also the right • to cut or trim any trees upon grantors ' property which, in falling, could, in grantee 's and Puget Sound Power & Light Company' s I reasonable judgment, be a hazard to grante� 's and Puget Sound Power and Light Company' s facilities . -2- ------.------ - • ,... ���. . .,r ,. � � . Grantors reserve the riaht to use the surface of said easement for any purpose not inconsistent with the rights herein granted, provided that grantors shall not construct or maintain any building on the easement and grantors shall do no blasting within Three Hundred (300) feet of grantee ' s and Puget Sound Power & Light Company's facilities without prior written consent. 5. INDEMNITY. By accepting and recording this easement, grantee and PUget Sound Power & Light Company agree to indemnify and hold harmless grantors from any and all claims for damages suffered by any person which may be caused. by grantee or Puget Sound Power & Light �� Company exercise of the rights herein granted, provided that grantee � and Puget Sound Power & Light Company shali not be responsible to grantors tf� '`� for any damage resulting from injuries to any person or damage to property caused by acts or omissions of grantors . 6.
