• THIS AGREEMENT made this Z8t�lay of June , 1969, by and
between the CITY OF RENTON, King County, Washington, a municipal corporation,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) �.n �

"� That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these
presents grant unto the Grantee a slope easement with the right to make all
necessary slopes for cuts and fills as may be required in the construction of
roadway improvements for Edmonds Avenue S.E. upon the following described
p"roperty:
An easement for slope purposes 8 feet in width over the easterly
, 8 feet, measured perpendicularly to the easterly line, of the following

Beginning at the East quarter corner of Section 20, Township 23
North, Range 5 East, W.M. ; thence South O1° 50' 38" West, 655.10 feet along
the East line of said Section 20; thence North 88° 09' 22" West, 30 feet to
the place of beginning; thence South O1° 50' 38" West, 759.19 feet; thence
on a curve to the right with a raaius of 20 feet, a distance of 32.01 feet;
�thence North 89° 53' 55" West, 361 .16 feet; thence on a curve to the right
with a radius of 100 feet, a distance of 81 .58 feet; thence North 43° Q9' 22"
West, 202.94 feet; thence or� a curve to the right with a radius of 20 feet, _ _ � _
a distance of 31 .42 feet9 thence North 46° 50' 38" East, 838.45 feet; thence
on a curve to the right with a radius of 20 feet, a distance of 15.71 feet to the
place of beginning.

That said Grantee shall have the right without prior institution of
any suit or proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon
said easement for the purpose of constructing roadway improvements without
ineurring any legal obligation or liability therefore9 provided that such
construction shall be accomplished in such a manner that private improvements
shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event that they are distur��.��,���;:T
or destroyed, they wi 11 be repl aced i n as good a condi ti on as they were`:;��,�,;:.��;��.,?��-•�,
