The centerline of said easement being described as follows : BEGINNING at the projected centerline intersection of N.E. 14th Street and Jones Avenue N.E. ; thence North 0°33'45" East along the centerline of Jones Avenue N.E. a distance of 103.34 feet; thence North 89°18'45" West a distance of 30 feet to the Westerly margin of Jones Avenue N.E. , the true point of beginning of said centerline; thence North 89°18'45" West a distance of 85.78 feet; thence North 7°33'15" West a distance of 340.00 feet; thence North 0°53'30" West a distance of I 212.60 feet; thence North 5°12'30" Weat a distance of 463 feet, more or less, to i the terminating point of this centerline; said terminating point being 115 feet Northerly of the South line of Tract 322, C.
